If you are trying to send yourself test messages from Constant Contact, and your Outlook email client is refusing to pull the images down and display them correctly, there is a quick way to get this fixed. Internet Explorer has a security setting that, when enabled,
prevents Outlook from displaying images with a secure URL.
Before the changes take effect, we may need to also clear the cache in Internet Explorer and then close Outlook (File > Exit to close fully). After re-launching Outlook, send yourself another email with Constant Contact. The email should render properly.
