Instructions:
Soak all grains in a large bowl for 48 hours in good filtered water.
Cut the fruit in to small pieces, mix fruits and grains together, so that the flavor of the juices permeates the entire mixture.
No Cooking or Heating.
Alfalfa is the best in benefits for greens, and when applied really adds power to the life force of this mixture.
Add milk (warm or cold) if desired.
Make sure none of the grains or fruits have been ever been heated, steamed, sulfured, or otherwise chemically treated.
