Windows 10 Driver for Apple Magic Mouse

Find the bootcamp version of your computer from the link below, and then download it.

Open the downloaded zip file and extract the folder.  

Then find the folder called "AppleBluetoothBroadcom"  Look inside "$WinPEDriver$" folder) and then extract it. 

Install this application: "DPInst.exe"

Then go to this location: \BootCamp5.1.5640\BootCamp\Drivers\Apple\

Install this application:  "AppleWirelessMouse64.exe"

If you have already bonded the bluetooth mouse to windows, you will need to remove it, and have it search again.  
But as soon as it latches on, your controls and scrolling capability will be restored.
